About CertPilot

CertPilot is COI tracking for small general contractors: upload the cert, never chase an expiry again.

It's built for GCs, subs, property managers, and venues with 5–200 vendors who currently chase certificates of insurance on spreadsheets, in inboxes, or in a shoebox.

The wedge is $29/mo flat for up to 50 vendors with ACORD-25 text extraction and the full 90/60/30/7-day reminder loop — a segment nobody serves at that price with the full loop.

What we're not

• Not an insurance broker, a carrier verifier, or legal advice.
• We track what the certificate says; verification of authenticity and coverage adequacy stays with your broker/agent and counsel.
• Extraction reads the text layer — scanned-image PDFs are flagged for human review, not silently accepted.
