Terms of Service

The service

CertPilot provides never get caught by an expired coi as a subscription service. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice; material removals come with a migration path or pro-rated credit.

Plans & billing

• Prices in USD, billed monthly via Stripe, cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; the current period runs to its end.
• Refunds: if the service doesn't work as documented, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, attack others' systems, or resell it as a competing service without permission. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where feasible.

Honest-limits clause

Anything on this site labeled as a limit, estimate, roadmap item, or "readiness" is exactly that. Estimates are estimates; readiness is not certification; roadmaps are plans, not promises.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
